Additionally, when creating a sale post, you must provide your banking details (account number and bank name) and an optional reference that can be used by the buyer when depositing funds into your bank account.

3. Platform Operation

• Bitcoin Deposit: To sell Bitcoin, you must transfer it to a Bitcoin address belonging to CryptoExchangeP2P.com.
• Seller's Information: As a seller, you must provide your banking details and other required information so that the buyer can deposit money into your desired bank account.
• Offer Acceptance: The Bitcoin price is set by the platform based on the real-time market price, not by the seller. You must accept the buyer's offer to proceed with the transaction.
• Transaction: The buyer will deposit the agreed amount of money into the seller's bank account in the currency of the country where the sale is made.
• Bitcoin Release: Once the seller confirms the receipt of money in their bank account, they must release the Bitcoin. It will be reflected in their CryptoExchangeP2P.com wallet.

4. Withdrawal of Funds

When withdrawing money from CryptoExchangeP2P.com, mining costs will be deducted from your wallet. You will receive the remaining balance at the provided address.

5. Comments and Ratings

9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

CryptoExchangeP2P.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be notified to users and will take effect immediately upon publication.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which you reside. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of the user's country of residence.

Instructions for the Seller

1. Read the instructions carefully, follow the steps to the letter, and you will receive your cryptocurrencies. The creator of the post is not the owner of the private keys, so any misunderstanding, doubt, or attempted fraud will be verified by our team and the right to the cryptocurrencies will be granted to the beneficiary user.
2. Check with your bank if the deposit was made by the buyer. You can see the receipt by clicking on "payment receipt".
3. The deposit has to match the "Bitcoin value". If you see any problems, do not hesitate to click on "report buyer".
4. Click on the "confirm sale" button. Once done, you have completed the transaction.

Instructions for the Buyer

1. Read the instructions carefully, follow the steps to the letter, and you will receive your cryptocurrencies. The creator of the post is not the owner of the private keys, so any misunderstanding, doubt, or attempted fraud will be verified by our team and the right to the cryptocurrencies will be granted to the beneficiary user.
2. Send the exact amount by bank transfer to the indicated bank. If the post has a reference, make the transfer with that concept.
3. Take a screenshot of the bank transfer and upload it as soon as possible. You have 10 minutes to do this, otherwise, you will be redirected to the main page.
4. Wait for the seller to confirm the transfer and release the cryptocurrencies. This could take up to 24 hours. If the seller does not confirm the transaction within 24 hours, you can report the seller.
5. Once completed, a notification will be sent to your email confirming your new balance. We strongly recommend that you withdraw your cryptocurrency to a wallet that belongs to you as soon as possible.
